How activation works
Automatic evaluation
Eligible fresh installations without a commercial key can request a one-time signed seven-day trial.
Dynamic policy
Feature and capacity changes can be delivered through License Refresh without reinstalling the application.

A License Refresh changes the signed
entitlement. It does not replace the
installed E4S application code.
Expired, suspended or revoked access
When commercial entitlement becomes inactive, protected E4S functionality is restricted while licensing access remains available so the installation can be renewed or reactivated.
